Meet Dr. Derrell Washington
Dr. Derrell Washington is the proud owner and lead dentist at Alameda Dental Studio. Growing up in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Washington developed an early passion for science and a genuine desire to help others. He earned a B.A. in Biology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2012, followed by his D.D.S. degree from the University of California San Francisco in 2019.
With seven years of experience in private practice, Dr. Washington is skilled in full-mouth reconstruction, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery. He views dentistry as both art and science, a profession that allows him to use his hands, solve problems, and build lasting relationships with patients.
Dr. Washington is a proud member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, the San Mateo County Dental Society, and Alameda County Dental Society. He stays active in continuing education to remain at the forefront of dental advancements, ensuring his patients receive the best possible outcomes
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Washington enjoys working out, gardening, and spending time with his wife and children.
